The most famous chef around as of this writting. Got his
start in New Orleans as an Assistant Chef. Went on from
there to have a number of restaurants and a TV show. His
personality is a great part of the food. His "Let's take it
up a Notch" have become a saying around the country for many
things.

personality, and cookbook author. A regional James Beard
Award winner, he is perhaps most notable for his Food
Network shows Emeril Live and Essence of Emeril as well as
catchphrases such as "kick it up a notch" and "BAM!"[1][2]
He is a 1978 graduate of Johnson & Wales University's
College of Culinary Arts. The "Emeril Empire" of media,
products and restaurants generates an estimated USD$150
